Sunday worship at Wanner will pause for the month of August as we embrace a season of intentional rest. This is not a break from being the church, but a sacred rhythm modelled in Scripture—a time to reconnect with God, one another, and ourselves.

During the month of August, we encourage you to:
  • Sabbath intentionally – Spend time with God without agenda.
  • Connect relationally – Be present with loved ones.
  • Reflect deeply – Consider what God has done and what lies ahead in our faith journey.

For those seeking structured worship, Preston MC's worship and livestream remains available on Sundays at 10:30am.
We will resume Sunday gatherings at Wanner in September, refreshed and renewed!

Worship:
Sundays · 9:45AM
Worship at Wanner Church is Christ-centred and grounded in the teaching of Scripture through an Anabaptist-Mennonite perspective, being community of faith, prayer, and service.

We aim for a balance of tradition and openness, often following a familiar order of worship guided by a leader, with hymns, scripture, prayers, songs of praise, and a time for the message or meditation.

We welcome all generations to worship together. At the back of the sanctuary, there is a space for children to play. Activities are also welcome in the sanctuary space.
Faith Formations:
After worship, we invite you to stay for Faith Formations time:

Coffee Class, upstairs foyer
Stay for a cup of coffee and casual conversation as we respond to the worship time. Stay for as long as little as you wish!

Fireside Faith Formations, lower level fireplace
Looking to dive deeper into scripture and how God's word shapes our world view? This group discusses a specific topic each week.

Wanner Kids MakerSpace:
Sundays 11AM to 12PM (every other week)

We invite kids of all ages to join in this new initiative for Wanner Kids to engage in an interactive space to learn and serve in. Contact the church to see if it's a Wanner Kids week!
